Development in Telegram
We build Telegram bots for sales and internal processes, mini apps (WebApp) and admin panels to run them. We have built bots for Kia, LADA, Renault, Chery, Paynet and World Medicine.
Creating a WebApp Application
A Telegram Mini App opens from a bot button: catalogue, cart, bookings, user account, with nothing to install and no sign-up. We design the screens, build the front end and back end, and connect payments. Timeline: 1–2 months.
Telegram bot for marketing and sales
A Telegram bot for leads, promotions and orders: it takes the request, asks follow-up questions, sends a ready lead to your CRM or sales chat, and broadcasts to your subscriber base. Development takes 2–4 weeks.
Telegram for business: bot, mini app and control panel
In Uzbekistan, Telegram is one of the main channels for talking to customers. It makes sense to meet customers where they already chat: take requests, show a catalogue, book appointments, send order status updates. We build to the task, from a simple lead bot to a mini app with a catalogue and payments, backed by an admin panel. We write in Python and other technologies that suit the project.
What we build in Telegram
Telegram bot for marketing and sales
Customer-facing: lead capture, quizzes, giveaways, catalogue, orders, broadcasts to the subscriber base.
Telegram bot for business
Internal: requests between departments, notifications, reports, work with staff and dealers.
WebApp development
A full interface inside Telegram: storefront, cart, user account, bookings, with no separate app to install.
Admin panel development
A web interface where your staff manage bot content, requests, users and broadcasts without a developer.
How to choose
- You need to collect leads or run a promotion: a bot with buttons and forms is enough.
- You need a catalogue with filters, a cart and payments: a WebApp is the better fit.
- The bot serves employees or partners: you need a business bot with roles and integration with your systems.
- Content and requests change daily: you will need an admin panel either way.
Not sure which one? Describe the task, and at the first meeting we will suggest a format and a rough estimate.
Development stages
- Discussing the task, scenarios and integrations.
- Prototype of the dialogues or WebApp screens.
- Development and connection of CRM, payments and other systems.
- Testing real scenarios together with your team.
- Launch, staff training, warranty period.
Timeline and cost
A Telegram bot takes 2–4 weeks, a WebApp 1–2 months, an admin panel 3–6 weeks. We price the project from the brief; the estimate is free. Payment: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
FAQ
Will we own the bot?
Yes. After payment we hand over the source code and all access credentials.
Where will the bot run?
On the studio's server or yours, as agreed. We share the server requirements in advance.
Can the bot connect to our website, CRM and payments?
Yes. We have integrated with amoCRM, Bitrix24, 1C, Payme, Click, Uzum, Paynet, delivery services and SMS gateways. We discuss integrations at the start; much depends on whether the system has an API.
What happens after launch?
For 3 months we fix bugs free of charge. After that, the bot can move to ongoing support: improvements, monitoring, new scenarios.
