Website support

We have been maintaining websites since 2013: updating, securing, publishing content and keeping an eye on SEO. We take on both our own projects and sites built by other agencies.

You set tasks in Trello; we work on a subscription with a monthly package of hours.

Technical support and monitoring

Technical website support: CMS and module updates, backups on a separate server, uptime and SSL certificate monitoring, protection against hacking and bug fixes. During business hours we respond to requests within 2 hours.

Content updates and SEO support

We publish news, promotions, products and vacancies in RU, UZ and EN, fill in SEO fields for new pages, and monitor indexing and technical errors. Marketing does not wait for a developer: you set a task in Trello, we publish and check it.

Website support: when your site has to work every day

Launching a website is the middle of the road, not the end. After launch, someone has to update the CMS and modules, watch uptime and the SSL certificate, make backups, publish news and prices, and fix bugs before customers notice them. Without that, even a good website goes stale within a year and loses search rankings.

Who it's for

  • Companies without an in-house web developer that need a technical team on subscription.
  • Marketers who need to publish promotions, news and landing pages quickly, without waiting in the IT queue.
  • Owners of websites inherited from a previous contractor with no documentation.
  • Brands with RU, UZ and EN versions where content must be updated in sync.

Two areas of support

Technical support and monitoring

The site loads, runs fast and stays secure: updates, backups on a separate server, uptime checks, bug fixes. During business hours we respond to requests within 2 hours.

Content updates and SEO support

The site shows current information and stays visible in Google and Yandex: publishing, page edits, meta tags, internal linking, indexing checks.

You can sign up for either area or both.

How we start

  1. Website audit. We check access, hosting, CMS and module versions, backups, speed, and errors in the code and in Search Console.
  2. Priority fix list. We separate what is critical (security, broken forms) from what can be scheduled.
  3. Package of hours. We agree on the monthly scope. One-off tasks without a subscription are estimated separately.
  4. Ongoing work. You set tasks in Trello, where you can see statuses and the history of completed work.

What affects the cost

The platform and the state of the code, the number of language versions, how much you publish, and whether you need SEO support or just the technical side. We calculate the cost after the audit; the estimate is free.

Case study

For BINOKOR TEMIR BETON SERVIS, a concrete and precast producer, we redesigned the website in Russian, Uzbek and English and moved it to new hosting. Since launch, the site has stayed on our support. See the project.

FAQ

Will you support a website built by another agency?

Yes. We start with an audit to understand the state of the code and hosting, and only then quote the scope and cost.

Do we have to move the site to your hosting?

No. We can work on your hosting if we have access. We suggest moving only when the current hosting gets in the way of stable operation.

How quickly do you respond to problems?

Within 2 hours of a request during business hours.

You built our website. Is support paid from day one?

No. For websites developed by the studio, hosting and technical support are included for the first year. Renewal from the second year is on request.

Can we order a one-off fix without a subscription?

Yes, we estimate one-off tasks separately based on the scope.
