About the project
The Association of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Uzbekistan (ASAG) holds an international congress for doctors. The 11th congress took place in Tashkent on 24–26 November 2025.
It needed a dedicated site that takes a participant from the announcement to the certificate: programme, speakers, registration, news and, after the event, personalised certificates.

The task
Build the site from the studio’s brief and the association’s feature list, and keep it running at every stage — from the announcement to issuing certificates.
What we did
- Participant registration and login.
- The congress programme, updated as sessions were confirmed; the final version went live in October 2025. Work ran for a full year, from December 2024 to December 2025.
- Speaker profiles with workplace, country and academic degree.
- Organising Committee, Young Scientists contest, Publications, News and Contacts sections.
- Personalised e-certificates with signatures in Russian, Uzbek and English — each participant receives one after completing a survey.
- A link to association membership payment on the main asag.uz site.
- Uzbek, Russian and English versions.
- Story creatives for the congress social media.
After launch
During the congress the studio ran the site: updating the programme and posting notices about the live stream and certificates. Certificates were issued to participants through the site in November–December 2025.
