About the project
The Uzbek Republican Currency Exchange (UZCE) is the trading venue for the foreign exchange, government securities, money and derivatives markets, including the Central Bank’s repo auctions.
The exchange needed an official website built to its own specification: trading results, sections for market participants and shareholders, corporate disclosure and public enquiries.

The task
Fit dozens of sections into clear navigation and publish market data on a regular basis. Requirements were set by the specification and the minutes of a working meeting with the exchange, followed by several rounds of revisions.
What we did
- A multi-level menu with side navigation: about the exchange, markets and trading, press centre, corporate activity, shareholders, trading participants, regulations, careers.
- Trading data publication: interbank money market, repo, secondary trading, Central Bank deposit auctions and government bond placement results.
- The opening auction rate on the home page and a downloadable rate archive.
- Disclosure: reports, material facts, affiliated parties, compliance, dividends.
- Services: online enquiries, reports of restricted competition, a survey.
- A careers section with vacancies, internships and an HR contact; a header link to the trading participants’ personal account.
- A low-vision version with larger fonts, and site search.
- Four language versions: Russian, Uzbek in Cyrillic and Latin script, and English.
Highlights
Pages were built on the studio’s test domain, and the live site was deployed on the exchange’s own server.
