About the project
Element Construction is a general contractor for industrial, commercial and residential projects. Founded in Georgia in 2007, it entered Uzbekistan in 2024 in partnership with Beltera Holding.
For the market entry the company needed a corporate website showing its Georgian projects, team and turnkey services. The order came from the marketing team at Beltera Holding, a returning client of ours.

The task
Build the site to the client’s brief and structure so that a contractor new to Uzbekistan could prove its track record from day one: completed projects, certificates, people and open roles.
What we did
- Pages: about, services, projects, partners, team, careers, contacts.
- A portfolio filtered by type — industrial, commercial, residential and finishing works — with city and country for every project, such as the Libo Group logistics centre in Tbilisi or the Coca-Cola plant in Natakhtari.
- Services: pre-design consulting, multi-purpose construction, project management, green roofs.
- Company figures, awards, certificates and client logos on the home page.
- A request form with a project description and file upload, plus a map of the Tashkent office.
- Content in Russian and English; an Uzbek version is also live.
Highlights
The About page explains the business structure: in Uzbekistan, T-SOD trades as Element Construction in partnership with Georgia’s Element Holding and the Uzbek-British joint venture Beltera Holding. The work ran from August 2024 to February 2025.
