Ark Osiyo - Organization of business events
About the project
ARK OSIYO is a Tashkent agency that runs business events end to end — conferences, forums, strategy sessions and corporate gatherings, from catering and simultaneous interpretation to hotel accommodation and guest transfers.
The agency wanted a redesign in a strict, businesslike style: a site where a client can see every service, real past events and the client list, then send a request for their own event right away.

The task
Redesign the site to the client’s brief: give each service its own page, show past events and clients, and make every section lead to an enquiry.
What we did
- Six services, each with a dedicated page: event management and catering, technical equipment and simultaneous interpretation, accommodation, transport and ticketing, guest reception and interpreters, printing and promotional products.
- A Cases section where every event gets its own write-up — from a coffee break for 100+ guests to a three-day turnkey international event.
- About and Clients pages.
- A home page that works as a short pitch: agency figures, core event formats, the three latest cases and how the team works.
- An enquiry form (name, email, company, subject) protected from spam bots by hidden checks instead of a CAPTCHA.
- Phone number and a “Leave a request” button pinned to the header; Telegram, Instagram and Facebook in the footer.
Highlights
Navigation starts from services rather than from the company story: one click from the home page takes a visitor to the right service or a similar case. Home page headings and meta tags target searches for business event organisation in Tashkent.
